How soon can you start on my project?
Typically, we can begin new projects within 1-2 weeks of contract signing. For urgent requests, we offer expedited services when our schedule permits.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Do you work outside of Miami?
Yes, we serve clients throughout South Florida and can travel nationally for specific projects. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Miami-Dade County.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on complexity. A standard brand video typically takes 2-4 weeks from concept to delivery. We'll provide a specific timeline in your proposal.
